Cancellation of the order is possible in case MAD LORDS n has not started preparing your parcel. If the order has been shipped, then it is too late to cancel: You must then proceed with a return.
For a return, whether for an exchange or refund, any item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to use the original carrier and to choose a counter-signature and parcel-tracking delivery formula. The return charge is entirely up to the customer. The returned merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been altered, and if the packaging is returned in its original state. The items you wish to Exchange must be returned new and unported.
For an exchange: please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (01.45.25.08.31) to ensure the availability of the item you wish in Exchange. For an exchange request and subject to availability of stocks, your parcel will be returned to the same address and under the same conditions as the original order.
For a refund: the repayment period is between 2 and 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return. For any refund request we will credit you with the amount of the item returned on the same bank account or Paypal used at the time of purchase. Please note that the transaction can take a few days to be effective and available on your account.
