The health and safety of our colleagues and our community has always been our first priority. We have strengthened and enhanced our safety measures to ensure the protection of our teams, going beyond the recommendations made by the government.
How will this affect the delivery of my order?
To ensure your safety, we make a contactless delivery: our courier will ring or knock on your door, place your package on the floor and walk a few meters away. Instead of asking for your signature, he will note your full name to confirm that you have received your order.
All our couriers wear masks and gloves, carry disinfectant gel and wash their hands regularly. We continue to monitor their health and well-being so that they can do their jobs to the best of their ability. Our delivery trucks are disinfected daily and deep cleaned weekly to ensure a perfect level of cleanliness.
Our delivery partner
We work with our delivery partner, DHL, to ensure the latest sanitary measures are followed and have therefore implemented a contactless delivery system. If a signature is required when your package is delivered, our partner will use the name of the person receiving it as proof of delivery, and will follow the rules of social distancing. If you waive the signature, or are not available, the package will be dropped off at a location of your choice.
Please note that MAD LORDS and our partner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after your order has been delivered.

Our MAD LORDS Deauville shop, 92 Rue Eugène Colas, 14800 Deauville, is open from Friday to Monday, from 10:30 am to 7 pm.
The secret shop is located at 316 rue Saint-Honoré, once past the porte cochère, the shop is nestled in the courtyard on your left.

Ring Sizing Guide
Using a ring and a ring sizer:
If you have a ring that is perfectly adjusted to the finger on which you will wear the ring you want to purchase, place your ring on the size chart and choose the nearest diameter. The inner perimeter of the ring must be aligned with the outer contour of the circle. If your ring is between two sizes, MAD LORDS recommends choosing the largest.
Measuring the finger:
To measure your finger, you can use a tape meter. The number on the alignment of the opening edges indicates the internal circumference. The number you've got is your finger size. Ex: Your finger circumference is 61 mm. Your ring size is 61.

Necklace Sizing Guide
Categories of Necklaces:
35-40cm : choker or choker necklace
40-60cm: collar worn on top of neckline
65-75cm: collar worn at chest level
> 75cm: necklace worn in saltire
Bracelet Size Guide
To measure your wrist, you can use a tape measure. Wrap your tape measure around the wrist where you will wear your bracelet. For a comfortable fit, add 1.5 cm to the number where the 0 meets the tape. You can then add or remove centimeters depending on the type of wear you like (comfortable, exact fit, tight). The average size of a bracelet for women is 16 cm. The average size of a man's bracelet is 19 cm.

Enter your address and credit card details, then select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be meticulously prepared and then shipped directly to you. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. This is not an order confirmation. After validating your payment details, checking your delivery address and locating the items, we will accept your order and dispatch the items. You will then receive a second email to confirm your order. If some of the items you have ordered are not available, we will make sure to have them available as soon as possible. If we are unable to do so, you will be informed promptly that these items are no longer in stock and the payment for these items will be cancelled.

To use Coinbase Commerce: please select Coinbase Commerce as your payment method when ordering and you will be automatically transferred to the website or app. If you have an existing Coinbase account, login to confirm the transaction. If not, create your account and then proceed to checkout. Your returns will be refunded to your Coinbase account.
Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number by e-mail. With this tracking number, you can check the status of your package. You can also send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track your order for you.
YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE TO MAKE A RETURN.
Here's the procedure:
- A DHL return slip will be enclosed with your package.
- Print the invoice or Order Details you received by email on the day of your purchase.
- Place the jewelry and the invoice in the packaging provided, together with all original documents.
- Log in to the DHL Express website and schedule your return by providing the information on the Return Waybill.
You have two choices: Collection or Deposit
Returns of orders must be made according to the following conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all their original labels and in the packaging in which they were delivered.
If the item was delivered to you with a label, it must not be removed and must be returned to us intact.
The jewelry must be returned to us in the condition in which you received it, in its original packaging and accompanied by all original documents.
Any order return that does not comply with our Policy will be refused.
